Long Description:

Since we don't think it's fair that the IT industry burdened Pro A/V professionals with an all-too-typical 100 meter limit for digital media extension, Magenta engineered an HDMI video and audio extension kit that can send 1920x1200 resolution HDCP-protected video, embedded audio, two-way RS-232 and IR to a distance of 500 feet (152 meters), all on a single Cat6.

While the HD-One Series is already known for its picture quality, ease-of-use and reliability, the HD-One DX500 goes a step further, boasting improved heat dissipation, lower power consumption and significantly better resistance to emissions.

An external switch lets users easily select from the following IR operating modes: 36.7 kHz, 38.0 kHz or 56.8 kHz.

The HD-One LX500 kit contains (1) transmitter, (1) receiver, (2) universal power supplies and (2) IR dongles.
