We're recruiting - Field-based Account Manager - AV


Part of the Midwich Group, Holdan is fast growing technology distribution company serving a network of resellers across the UK and Europe.

We are recruiting for an account manager to work with leading AV resellers, integrators and installers. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing our full range of video, AV and broadcast products. They will maintain our current channel, and develop profitable relationships with customers to ensure that every customer has a full understanding of the technology and systems the company represents.

The post is a full time, permanent position which will require participation in national, and international exhibitions, reseller open days and regional roadshows. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative, present effectively to customers and manage and maintain sales forecasts and budgets.

Day-to-day tasks of the Account Manager include:

  • Working with designated accounts to ensure a profitable and mutually advantageous commercial relationships
  • Manage and maintain sales forecasting for nominated accounts
  • Working with heads of department to deliver agreed business plans
  • Promoting Holdan, its product portfolio and the manufacturers it represents to reseller customers, end users and other interested parties

Key attributes of the candidate include:

  • Sales background within the professional AV, video, media or broadcast industry
  • Excellent communicator with exceptional presentation skills
