BirdDog release their biggest and most colourful update EVER!

BirdDog have announced major updates for Eyes P100, Eyes P200, Eyes P400, P4K and Cam Control.

What’s new in P200

• New Colour Matrix

  Dialling in your cameras just levelled up. P200 now has a full-colour matrix with individual saturation and hue control over Red, Green, Blue, Cyan, Yellow and Magenta, all with 64 levels of control.

• 72 levels of Gamma.

  From negative to positive gamma positions you can now dial in those blacks with an unprecedented level of control.

• New Video Enhancement tools

  Brightness and brightness compensation tools help to conquer even the most challenging lighting conditions.

• New Detail Enhancement tools

  High-resolution mode, High Sensitivity mode, and Edge Enhancement are all included. Easily adjust the details in an image to suit the shooting environment.

• New Exposure Enhancement tools

  Gamma offset, Exposure Compensation, Highlight Compensation, and Highlight Compensation Mask.

• New Codec Engine

  A totally rebuilt codec engine brings even lower latency to the P200 and computationally higher picture quality. Better pictures, less bandwidth, faster.

• Latest NDI Libraries

  BirdDog products always use the newest NDI libraries, and this release is no outlier. With new abilities to set the NDI Group association per camera, you can control access and visibility of cameras easily.

• New Colour Matrix

  The control engine of P100 has been entirely re-engineered giving much more responsive control of movement, finer adjustment and smoother moves than ever before.

  BirdDog products always use the newest NDI libraries, and this release is no outlier. With new abilities to set the NDI Group association per camera, you can control access and visibility of cameras easily.

What’s new in P400 & P4K

• New Codec Engine

  A totally rebuilt codec engine brings even lower latency to the P400 and P4K, and computationally higher picture quality. Better pictures, less bandwidth, faster.

• Tighter Cam Control Integration.

  Cam Control 2.0 has been updated to include all the features found in the OSD of P400 and P4K so you can now remotely shade the cameras from the beautiful Cam Control interface.

• Latest NDI Libraries

  BirdDog products always use the newest NDI libraries, and this release is no outlier. With new abilities to set the NDI Group association per camera, you can control access and visibility of cameras easily.

What’s new in Cam Control 2.0?

• Realtime Sync

  The unparalleled flexibility of BirdDog cameras means there are multiple ways to access each setting. You can use Cam Control for remote shading and colour matching, the On-Screen Display (OSD) via the remote control, the controls on the BirdDog PTZ Keyboard, or by using the Web Dashboard. Now, as soon as you make a change anywhere it will realtime sync to everywhere else.

• Automatic Camera Detection

  Different cameras have different tools. Now with Cam Control 2.0 it will automatically detect which camera you have and display the settings specific for that camera.

• P400 and P4K tools included

  P400 and P4K have an unbelievably powerful set of colour tools, exposure and gamma controls, and so many more powerful features. Now you have access to them all within Cam Control.

• New Engine

  Cam Control 2.0 features an entirely new engine, rebuilt from the ground up to maximise stability and performance.
